• We offer both personalized, made-to-order products and non-personalized inventory.
• Colors and mockups displayed on-screen may vary slightly from final prints.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any names, images, dates, or design elements you submit.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Applicable sales tax is collected where required by law.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party providers (e.g., WooCommerce Payments/Stripe). We do not store full card details.

3. Orders, Cancellations & Availability

• Order confirmations acknowledge receipt; we may cancel and refund orders for reasons including stock or quality control.
• Custom orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Non-custom orders can be cancelled before the shipping label is created.

• Do not post illegal, infringing, or hateful content. We may remove content at our discretion.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt security breaches, or disrupt services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Venue and jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Louisville/Jefferson County, Kentucky.
