At Horizon Crafted LLC, each order is produced with care. The following outlines processing times, delivery estimates, and related terms.
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Personalized items: up to 10 business days depending on complexity and volume.
- During peak seasons, processing may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- U.S. Priority: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: 10–20 business days (destination & customs dependent).
Tracking details are emailed upon shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
3. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and carrier.
- Customs duties/taxes for international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Contact us promptly if a package is lost or significantly delayed so we can assist with a carrier claim.
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered; we will help you request a carrier investigation if needed.
- Report damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery with photos.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. If you entered an incorrect address, email us within 24 hours of ordering.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all U.S. states/territories, including APO/FPO/DPO where permitted.
- International shipping available to select countries subject to local import rules.
- No P.O. Boxes for oversized/bulk items.
