We want you to love your purchase. Because many products are made-to-order, these rules ensure a fair process.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Personalized/custom items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Defects/damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized/custom products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items

To protect privacy, approved returns of personalized items will be securely destroyed after verification.

3. Cancellations

  • Custom/Personalized: cancellable only before production begins.
  • Non-Custom: cancellable before the shipping label is created.

4. Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable method.

5. Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered if preferred and available.
