  • WooCommerce Payments / Stripe
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported via Stripe)
  • PayPal (if enabled at checkout)

2. Authorization & Collection

  • Payment is authorized and collected at checkout.
  • Orders are produced and shipped only after successful payment.
  • We may request additional verification to prevent fraud.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Security

  • Payments are processed by secure third‑party providers (e.g., WooCommerce Payments/Stripe, PayPal).
  • Horizon Crafted LLC does not store full card numbers.

5. Failed, Declined, or Reversed Payments

  • Declined payments will not create or proceed an order.
  • Charged‑back or reversed payments may result in cancellation and account restrictions.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds (per our Refund Policy) are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund timing depends on your financial institution (typically 3–10 business days after processing).

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • Cancellations are only allowed before production starts; see Refund Policy for details.

8. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

If offered (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay), BNPL terms are governed by the provider’s agreement and policies.
