- WooCommerce Payments / Stripe
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported via Stripe)
- PayPal (if enabled at checkout)
2. Authorization & Collection
- Payment is authorized and collected at checkout.
- Orders are produced and shipped only after successful payment.
- We may request additional verification to prevent fraud.
3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
4. Security
- Payments are processed by secure third‑party providers (e.g., WooCommerce Payments/Stripe, PayPal).
- Horizon Crafted LLC does not store full card numbers.
5. Failed, Declined, or Reversed Payments
- Declined payments will not create or proceed an order.
- Charged‑back or reversed payments may result in cancellation and account restrictions.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds (per our Refund Policy) are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your financial institution (typically 3–10 business days after processing).
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Cancellations are only allowed before production starts; see Refund Policy for details.
8. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
If offered (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay), BNPL terms are governed by the provider’s agreement and policies.
